  • What devices and phones are compatible with the program?
    • The program runs on the most popular devices (mobile phones, tablets) based on Android or iOS (iPhone, iPad). List of tested devices.

  • What’s a cardreader?
    • Cardreader is a device for accepting the banking cards, which connects to your Smartphone/Tablet by Bluetooth, or via a standard 3.5 mm audio jack (for connecting a headset).

  • How to conclude a contract?
    • After the request (made by telephone or with the help of the site) our manager will contact you for concluding the agreement with the company. To start using the account you will need to enter the login and the password.You will get the needed number of devices- cardreaders after signing the agreement. Also there’s possibility of briefing in case of questions in using the service.

  • Is there a fee for using the services of mobile application? From whom is it charged?
    • We charge a Commission fee of 1.8% from the amount of the transaction.

  • How are disputes solved?
    • To solve the dispute- contact us by the tel.number: +971524458868.

  • Where do the mobile services work?
    • The service operate on the territory of the Russian Federation, anywhere you get access to the Internet.

  • How quickly to I get the funds?
    • Within three working days (after committing the transaction) cash (excluding commissions) are transfered to your account that you specified in the contract.

  • Can I change the checking account
    • If you already use a mobile merchant account services and would like to change your bank account, you need to contact our Manager to conclude an additional agreement amending the details that will be attached to the contract.

  • How is the payment confirmed
    • Payment information is sent to the client by e-mail as messages-this data is provided by the client during the payment directly from the mobile application.

  • Whose data should i input during the payment?
    • The data should belong to the customer, whose card is used fot the payment.

  • Who takes over the commission for payment?
    • On the basis of the agreement of acquiring-the Commission will be charged with the payment recipient.

  • What happens if the card is blocked?
    • You will be notified that the payment cannot be completed.

  • What should I do in case of card reading errors?
    1. Check the installed card reader
    2. Then try to read the card
    3. Make sure the action is correct : swipe the card through the cardreader (magnetic strip to the thicker side of the reader).
    4. If the problem has not been solved, please contact us on the phone and describe what led to difficulties.
  • Is it possible to cancel the operation and to make the refund?
    • Follow the instructions to cancel the operation (one of the two ways):

      Attention! Canceling transaction can only be performed on the current trading day. The relevant transactions are available only before the administrative “closure of the transaction day”! After closing the trading day only return of goods/services transaction can be executed.

      Choose “operations” in the main menu.

      Refund
      Choose “operations” in the main menu.

      Next. Choose “Refund” from the list.

  • Is my personal data under threat?
    • The data that you provide when registering, stored and transmitted only with encryption, which corresponds to article of legislation on protection of personal information.

  • Is there a guaranty of security?
    • Each card reader is equipped with a private encryption key. The device receives information from cardreader already encrypted. The Data is transmitted via an encrypted channel by using asymmetric encryption, as well as dynamically changing keys. Certificate of PCI-DSS, which is used by the processing center, designed to meet the security standards of international payment card systems such as Visa and MasterCard. This meets the whole range of security measures of cards processing.

  • How the transactions are confirmed? Do the clients receive any documents, confirming the transaction?
    • Any payment is confirmed by the client signature or by entering the PIN code. After the payment is done, an electronic version of a check on the e-mail, or by SMS will be sent to the customer, plus there will be more information with the details of the transaction.

Operation of the payment

4 easy steps for a better effectiveness!

  • Step 1

    To start using mobile terminal you will need to download the application Paymob from Google Play or App Store and install it on your mobile device. Connect the card reader to your phone and enter the activation code.

  • Step 2

    To make a payment, click the "payment" button , enter the amount and purpose of the payment. Swipe customer's card through the cardreader for payment authorization.

  • Step 3

    If the authorization is successful, the screen will display the characters that should match with the last 4 digits of the card number of the customer. If the numbers match, click "pay". You will see a field for the client's signature.

  • Step 4

    The last step is sending the receipt. To do this, specify the e-mail address of the client. That's all! Payment is completed. You can view the status of the transaction in your account.
